Compare Honest Clean Conscious Diapers in size 5 (Barnyard Babies) and size 6 (All The Letters). Learn which print and size suits your toddler's needs.
Quick answer
Choose size 5 Barnyard Babies if your toddler is in the typical size 5 range and you love farmyard prints; choose size 6 All The Letters if your child needs the larger fit or you prefer alphabet-themed designs.
Print preference: Barnyard Babies vs All The Letters
The main difference between these two Honest Clean Conscious Diapers is the print. Barnyard Babies features a farmyard animal design, while All The Letters showcases alphabet letters. Both are described as super cute, so the choice often comes down to your child's interests or your nursery theme.
If your toddler is obsessed with animals, Barnyard Babies may make diaper changes more fun. If you're working on letter recognition, All The Letters could double as a learning tool.
Size considerations: 5 vs 6
Size 5 and size 6 are adjacent sizes, and the right one depends on your child's weight and body shape. A size 5 diaper is designed for toddlers who have outgrown size 4, while size 6 is meant for heavier or older toddlers. Choosing the correct size helps prevent leaks and ensures comfort.
If your child is between sizes, consider how active they are. A more active toddler might need a snugger fit (size 5), while a child with a rounder tummy or thighs may be more comfortable in size 6.
Trade-offs at a glance
- Size 5 Barnyard Babies: Best for toddlers who fit size 5 and love animal prints. Offers the same leak protection and safety certifications as size 6. If your child is in the size 5 range, this print adds fun without sacrificing performance.
- Size 6 All The Letters: Best for toddlers who need a larger fit. The alphabet print can be a playful learning aid during diaper changes. If your child is approaching size 6, this option provides extra room while keeping the same trusted features.
- Between sizes?: If your child is between size 5 and 6, consider their weight and activity level. A snugger fit (size 5) may be better for very active toddlers, while size 6 offers more room for comfort. When in doubt, size up if the diaper leaves red marks or leaks often.
