My baby's skin is super sensitive and this didn't sting at all when I put it on her little bum. The hypoallergenic formula spreads really smooth, almost like a thin lotion instead of that thick white paste. Cleared up the redness after just a couple of changes.
Two weeks of constant redness and it finally calmed down after about three days of using this. The cream glides on really thin, not that thick pasty stuff that's impossible to wipe off, and I like that it's hypoallergenic since her skin reacts to everything.
My daughter's cheeks and thighs were angry red for a week until we switched to this, and the rash cleared up in about two days. The cream glides on really smooth without any grit, and it doesn't sting when I apply it to broken skin.
